Use themes inside Eclipse
The website is where you discover, preview, download, and create themes. The plugin is what browses and applies those themes inside Eclipse IDE, without switching to a browser.
Install the plugin
Choose installation method:

Open Eclipse Marketplace
Go to Help → Eclipse Marketplace

Search & Install
Type "Eclipse Themes" in the search box and click Install

Complete Installation
Accept the license, confirm trust dialogs, then restart Eclipse
Tip:After restarting, find themes underPreferences→Appearance→Eclipse Themes
